Testimonial

I brought my mother-in-law to the clinic yesterday for assessment and I wanted to say how much we appreciated the welcome, care and consideration given to her by you and the rest of the staff. You were brilliant!

She hasn't really had her ulcer for that long  (August) but it is has really sapped her vitality and she was losing all hope of ever getting better. Her experience in the GP surgery ranged from painful - to caring but not really inspiring confidence. In fact I learnt later in the day that one practice nurse had snipped out the centre of the ulcer with scissors and no anaesthetic - so she was especially appreciative of the sensitivity with which she was washed and dressed as well as the expert advice we received. It makes such a difference being treated like a human! In fact I am sure contributes to the healing process.

Although we know it may well be a long haul, we now have renewed hope and confidence that she will be receiving the treatment she needs.

So thank you to you and please do thank your staff - including Sam, Sarah and another lady who took the dressings off. Sorry, I think I was looking at my list of many questions I wanted to ask when the name was given so it escapes me!
